How this desk is organised
Indonesia SWF Tracker is run as a working desk. The people on it answer enquiries, check facts and book investment research; none of them is presented here as a personal brand, and none of their photographs is on this page.
- Regulation watch. Follows the ministries and agencies whose decisions change the answer, and marks pages a change makes stale.
- Enquiry handling. Answers in writing, states what this desk can and cannot do, and refers legal and tax questions to a licensed adviser.
- Source control. Keeps the link to the original document with every figure so a reader can check it without asking us.
- Fact checking. Re-checks every published figure against its source before an update goes live.
Why there are no names on this page
We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Every rule, fee and timing on this site is traceable to an operator or an official document. If we could not confirm it, the page says so rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a verified fact. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
